I think these are lovely to look at but the earrings don't have stud backing - instead its a clamp to hold on the lobe which is too tight for my ears. Its quite painful to wear after a few hours.

I just completed the first DVD and what I liked about this the most was that there was no boring instructions on how to warm up - she gets straight into it and you just have to follow! Her descriptive voice over is great to help you check in with yourself and your body to make sure you are getting the right move. Will I get a body like that? I hope so!
