I just ordered a product when can I expect to receive it.
Delivery of your product(s) will take between 10-28 days from the date of your order.

It has been more than 28 days and I have not received my product.

What do I do if my product is damaged?
Every effort will be made in production and packing to ensure that your product selection reaches you in perfect condition. Should your selection reach you in less than perfect condition, you may return it and have it replaced at no cost. Please e-mail us and we will organize a replacement for you.

An item is missing from my shipment
We are sorry that you did not receive your complete order.  Please e-mail us and we will follow-up on the delivery for you.

I have mislaid my invoice, what should I do?
If you are paying by credit card simply call us on 1300 305 503 with your credit card details handy and one of our friendly operators will help you.

If you are paying by cheque or money order please return your payment to Reader's Digest MST Payments PO BOX 3548 SYDNEY, NSW, 1010.  Please ensure that you clearly state the item for which you are paying, together with your name and address and any other details which may assist in processing your payment.

How long does it take for my payment to be processed? 
The processing time for your payment will vary depending on how you made your payment.  The following will give you an indication.

BPAY:  Allow up to 72 hours for the payment to update your account.

AUSTRALIA POST BILLPAY:  Allow up to 72 hours for the payment to reflect on your account.

BILL EXPRESS:  Allow up to 72 hours for the payment to update your account.

CREDIT CARD:  Allow up to 7 days for your card to be debited.

CHEQUE:  Allow up to 7 - 10 days for the payment to update your account.
If you do decide to pay by cheque, please be sure to write your account number on the back of the money order and then post it to us, together with your payment slip(s). 

MONEY ORDER:   Allow up to 72 hours for the payment to update your account.

Is there a charge for payment using Australia Post Bill Pay?
When paying using Australia Post Bill Pay a processing fee of $1.50 applies.

What is the Reader's Digest Bpay Biller Code?
The Reader's Digest BPay Biller Code is 44313 and is found on the invoice next to the Bpay sign. 

When making payments using Bpay it is important that you also use the BPay Customer Reference number as shown on your bill.  Each reference number is unique to the product that you are paying and ensures correct crediting to your account.


Where can I find my Bpay Customer Reference number on my bill?
The Bpay Customer Reference Number consists of 18 digits and is located next to the BPay symbol on your invoice.

If I use my credit card to purchase on-line, is my information safe?
Every transaction processed by us is encrypted using 128 bit SSL encryption and submitted for authorisation under a second layer of similar encryption through our Virtual Private Network (VPN).

We utilise Server Gated Cryptography (SGC) to further enhance this security by automatically upgrading the encryption certificate to 128 bits, irrespective of the level of crypto supported by your own operating system.
